Help me please

I think i have terminal depression...,but i dont know who to turn to. my sister yelled at me and called me stupid....and i really believed she could help me.....i'm sad all the time....i cant sleep,i can not concentrate anymore, i use to be in love with volleyball and art but now all i want to do is stay in my room in the dark.im always so tires and i get very mad alot now for very ridulous reasons. i have lost all my hope. i would really like someone to help me
