How Anxiety Affects My Bipolar Disorder

I have bipolar 2 and anxiety is one of the symptoms I deal with. With mood disorders, like depression and bipolar disorder, sometimes anxiety is a symptom. Other times it's a separate illness.

One way anxiety affects my bipolar disorder is in isolating myself. When you live with bipolar disorder, you always question yourself. We feel misunderstood by those around us and society in general. That heightens our anxious thoughts.

In this video, I share how anxiety affects my bipolar disorder and the method I use to cope with these anxious thoughts.

How does anxiety affect your life with bipolar disorder? Please share your thoughts or do a response video and send it into info@healthyplace.com. See you next week! Hannah
