Putting the Brakes on ADHD-Fueled Road Rage
Adults with ADHD often have anger issues, and nothing brings them steaming to the surface like lousy traffic. In a follow-up to my blog on anger management and driving, I show Bug Out Bob in action and talk about different techniques to help manage road rage.

I love" Bug out Bob"it relaxed me so much while driving
that I have my children use them to reduce noises"But
my son has destroyed two of them."But I'm glad they don't
remember any of the insults I've blurted while driving"
Thanks so much!
Hey! A fellow mouthy driver! Welcome to the site.
Tell me, did you get the Bug Out Bob idea from me, or independently? Sounds like you’ve been popping that guy’s eyes out for some time. Better that than teach your kids to be an angry driver. I’m still trying to unteach my youngest girl the lessons I unfortunately taught her. “Hey! Get a move on!” isn’t something 8 year old girls should be shouting from the back seat!
