Does Anxiety Make You an Insomniac?

Feeling like an insomniac is a common feeling to anxiety sufferers. Hear some words of encouragement if you're experiencing insomnia at HealthyPlace.

I'm feeling like an insomniac this week. I've written in the past about what to do when anxiety keeps you awake. At that point I was writing with some distance -- this week, however, I've found myself unable to sleep well almost every night.

When insomnia happens, it's easy to feel alone. So I decided to record a video for everyone else who feels like an insomniac because of anxiety, so they may not feel as alone.

I have mild deression, annixiety is high st timrs. I have trouble sleeping. then staying asleep. I wake 2 to 3 times a nite. My mind doesnot want to turn off.

I know the feeling. I say this to everyone who suffers from the same affliction - put on music that you like and just lose yourself in it. If you fall asleep, great - if not, at least you have music to occupy you.
