Hello, I appreciate being able to visit your blog. I just found out about this very informative blog today. I have bi-polar and I often set my goals too high and then become discouraged and then the depression sets in. I don't work outside the home but work inside the home keeping husband and new puppy happy. Just the everyday activities can seem to be too much. I look forward to visiting your blog more often. And maybe someday I can get back into the work force again. --Mary
