It's Tough Being Social with PTSD!
During my own PTSD decades (yes, I struggled for 25+ years!), one of the toughest things for me was having to be around other people when I felt horrible, depressed, anxious, angry, sleep-deprived and just generally dysfunctional.
Being Social Despite PTSD
How do you manage to be in the world when you feel out of it? What I learned was to develop a false self; one that could be presented to others in a way that they didn't always ask what's wrong, how they could help or why I couldn't just get over it.

I could never have asked for a better video to change my day. It's hard to talk to people about this sort of stuff which inturn means I never really get to say how I feel. This also means I don't know much about other PSTD "survivors." Please know that you touched my heart and made me cry. Onward toward freedom!
To the people who needed to rebel in school or against society, your memory was'nt the best, they seemed so strong, you felt so weak, the pace of life sped up you thought you fell behind. At the time you needed to front up that way, you needed to fake that strength your not bad you deserve everything that life has to offer. You deserve to be social again you'll see the compassion and understanding people have for you, as you have for them because we are all human and feel the same.
In difficult circumstances train your thoughts so you are ready to consider how others are struggling in the same circumstances. You'll see also your not alone we all need to support each other.
