Why I Like to Cook to Manage My Anxiety

One of the things I enjoy doing in my free time is watching cooking and recipe videos online. As I don't have any professional training, I tend to seek out videos of simple recipes that don't require any obscure ingredients to make.

Cooking to Manage Anxiety

Every once in a while, I'll actually attempt to make one of these recipes, and I recently rediscovered how much I enjoy doing this. In this video, I discuss how it makes me feel.

This is fantastic! Cooking can be incredibly soothing and it's such a wonderful bonus when it yields a delicious, nourishing end result. Thinking of cooking as a way to manage anxiety is excellent and a helpful tool that many can try out. Thank you for sharing!
