Why is a schedule an important part of coping with anxiety?

A big source of anxiety is feeling like the world is chaotic. Obviously, there’s only so much one can do to mitigate the chaos of the world, but it’s very easy to adjust your personal life to make everything feel more manageable.

Schedules and Anxiety

The easiest, and most obvious, is to figure out some sort of schedule for yourself and stick to it. Here is a video of me talking about why setting a routine is important.
