Clocks Springing Forward May Set You Back

Depending on where you live, the clocks were set forward this past weekend. While the clocks "springing forward" may be a time-honored tradition, the event plays tricks with my anxiety, sometimes setting me back for days.

Even the Time Change Can Mess with Anxiety

One strategy I use to manage my anxiety is to stick to a schedule as best I can. My efforts get waylaid when, twice a year, the time changes. The time change before springtime in North America—when the clocks are moved forward—is particularly disruptive, demanding I take extra care of myself.
