You may have been advised to notice what you're feeling in your body when you experience anxiety symptoms. It can be helpful in some circumstances to notice where tension and stress sit in the body. But when you're experiencing anxiety or stress, it may be more helpful to tap into the place that feels most calm or neutral in your body. In this way, you can use the body as an anchoring resource to help you treat anxiety.

This was so helpful, Melissa.
