Do You Compare Yourself To Others?
It is like me asking you if you are human in the Western world today. Yes!
Much of our anxiety comes from comparing ourselves to others. We think that we are not smart enough, skilled enough, cool enough. Not enough, not enough, not enough! And if we are not enough, then maybe we can't manage things, or have people stay with us. This can shoot anxiety through the roof! Watch this video to see why we do this and what to do about it!

[...] Fear that we are not good enough, [...]
We compare ourselves to others so we can emulate them and gain acceptance as friends and ultimately join their groups, establishing our identity and giving ourselves a feeling that we belong. The trouble is every time we try a new approach to please one person we offend someone else. We join one group and exclude ourselves and make enemies of another. Instead of looking for similarities look for differences, see the beauty of diversity in people and in yourself. Never criticize and before long people will try to emulate you.
Being a role model can also lead to stress and anxiety. I am also look to as a role model, hence fear to fail, it can be a lot of pressure. Everyone see me as a woman with style, good family and "excelling". No-one sees the stress, and hard work though.
Thank You
