Baths, to me, are about more than just getting clean. They are basically the biggest resource I have for resolving my stress. In this video, I discuss why.

It's so wonderful to have things like these that we can turn to for stress relief! I also like to think of them as little luxuries because they feel luxurious to me and it makes me appreciate and relax into them even more.
